iRIC seminar at Cairo

We had a seminar at HRI(Hydraulic Research Institute) of Egypt 25-28 January. Students were professors and researchers from various places in Egypt. 

Motivation of the students were really high, some of them brought their own data for the computational model.

2 American  and 2 Japanese gave lecture for each models included in iRIC.

HRI is a research institute as well as educational institute. Their students are from all over the African continent.  The professors introduced their functions.

They have a large scale physical model laboratory, and they were doing scale model of a structure called "Bararge" in the River Nile. 

We had lunch together at HRI every day. 

I hope all the students enjoyed seminar and the software would be useful for all of them.
